Update Incident

put https://api.everbridge.net/rest/incidents/{organizationId}/{incidentId}

Update an existing incident to launch another notification within a given notification. This can also be used to close an incident (with or without sending notification).

id	ID of the created incident.

400	IncidentPhases data is missing.
400	Invalid Incident operation. (when closing a closed incident)
