List Mass Notifications

get https://api.everbridge.net/rest/notifications/{organizationId}

Retrieve all notifications at the org level. Please note that this API only returns Mass Notifications and not Incident Notifications.

notificationId	This is set to system defined variables which can not be modified.
status	This will always be 'A'.
