Delete a role for an organization.
Error Messages

|---|---|
| 400 | Role {roleId} is used, it can't be removed. |
| 400 | Role {roleId} is an ACCOUNT_ADMIN, ORGANIZATION_ADMIN, or CUSTOM Role. It cannot be deleted. |
