Hi,

I'm a hobby developer looking to create an application leveraging your API with the explicit purpose on notifying users of whether or not the Tacony-Palmyra bridge is open or closed. I'd like to use your API but I'm having trouble finding the starting point. Is it possible to get this kind of access despite not being an official organization/business?
