• Everbridge will update the certificate on api.everbridge.net as part of our periodic maintenance. This change may be important to you if you use our REST API and you have installed our certificate within applications connecting to Everbridge.
• Many Everbridge clients use the REST APIs to automate the synchronization of their Contact database with their Everbridge service, to remotely launch Notifications and/or Incidents, and to retrieve notification results for further processing in local applications.

• This update does not change how your message recipients experience your Everbridge notifications.

Impact to You

• There will be no impact to customers who use the standard authentication mechanisms to authenticate and use Everbridge Open API.
• Customers who have installed our certificate within their integrations will need to update the installed certificate to match the new Everbridge Certificate in order to ensure their integrations continue to work without any disruptions.
